Payment Options:

1. Customer may pay by check or cash. The box renter will receive a bill each year prior to the anniversary date of renting the box for the up-coming year's rent.
   
2. Automatically withdrawn from Checking or Savings
   

Rental Options: Individual & Joint

Two keys are issued per box and one key for Peoples Trust Company to hold.

Individual Owner: Only one person has the right to enter the safe deposit box.

Joint Owner: More than one person who will have the right to enter the box at any time without the other person(s) being present.

Lost Keys: If a customer loses one key, we can get him/her a duplicate made from their existing key for $3.00. If both keys are lost, the box can only be opened by a qualified locksmith at a cost of $150.00 to be paid to the bank when the door is opened.

Addition or Deletion of Authorized Persons: If at a later date, a customer wants to add or remove a name of authorized persons having access to their box, a new contract card must be completed containing all the proper signatures.

Closing A Safe Deposit Box: Two keys need to be collected at the time of closure along with any rent due on the box.
